Sir, i vk yadav appearing in 12th board exam in nov-2012 from cbse board, and result declare in dec-2012. My date of birth is 31 jan1995. Can i apply for scra exam 2013 held on 20jan-2013

SCRA - SPECIAL CLASS RAILWAY APPRENTICE, exam conducted by UPSC once every year for recruitment of SCRA in the Mechanical Department of Indian Railway.

The eligible candidate must be an Indian citizen having either completed 12th or Graduation with good marks with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subject of studies from a recognised Board or University as the case may be and within the age of 17 to 21 years, is eligible to apply for SCRA.

The successful candidate should have to undergo a technical training before finally appointed as SCRA.

As you are going to appear 12th Board exam in Nov.12 with fulfilling other eligibility criteria you can apply for SCRA.
