UPSEE stands for Uttar Pradesh State Engineering Entrance Exam. Yes, you can apply for UPSEE exam while pursuing Bachelor's degree in Technology in any UPTU College. Instead of applying again for entrance examination, you can apply for college chance in second year of engineering.

There are certain norms for college change in second year of engineering. It means that you should not have pending backlog, meet the minimum percentage of marks required for college change and seat availability in college in which you require admission.
