Can I choose additional subject like Physical education after failing in 2 subjects in 12th commerce?


if i have faild in 2 subjet in 12th commerce ,i want fill private form can i choice additional subjet physical education

I failed in two subject. I am appearing exam for this year in two subject. Will i pass if i am pass in one subject?
