Dear friend,
The first and foremost important criteria for choosing a subject as career is your interest in that particular subject and another criteria is your strength in that subject.
For scope nowadays with the spread of IT your subjects web tech and multimedia have a good scope, but for govt jobs such as Civil Services, and other govt exams you can go for geography,urdu etc.
