Can I do B.Ed from any UGC recognized university after completing graduation with honors in Maths with 46.12%


i have completed graduation with honours in maths with 46.125%.can i do b.ed from any u.g.c recognised university?

Education directorate rejected me to appeared for TET exam due to UGC unreconised university. is it true?
