No, you are not eligible to do basic Teacher's Training course after 12th which is possible after completion of Graduation.

Teacher's Training Course is called as B.Ed.(Bachelor of Education) Training Course.

The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having completed Graduation in Arts/Science/Commerce with 50% marks from a recognised University, is eligible to apply for B.Ed. or Teacher's Training course.
