No matter which stream you belong to, you are eligible to pursue the chartered accountancy course.
The very first thing you need to do is to qualify the common proficiency test conducted by the ICAI. This test is mandatory for candidates willing to pursue the chartered accountancy course. So, if you qualify this test, you may definitely pursue the course.
The course apart from the common proficiency test comprise of Professional Competence course and Final course.
The course also includes practical training as follows:
100 Hours of Information Technology Training
3½ years of articled training
General Management and Communication Skills Course

Yes, you can CA after the completing MBA in finance.
CA programme is of two years apart from the training period.
It has three sections
1.Professional Education (PE-I),
2. Professional Education (PE-II) and
3.Final examination.

Yes you can do CA after Any their is no restriction but you have to work hard as you are non commerce student.
