Can I do M.E in mechanical engineering if I purchasing b.e. In electronics and telecommunication engineering?if yes what kind of jobs will I get in future?

Sorry frend you cant do ME in mechanical engineering. In order to persue ME in mechanical you must complete BE either of the folowing streams.
1 BE in mechanical.
2 BE in production.
3 BE in matalorgy.

BE in electronic will not be ok for this coarse.

I am sorry to say you that you cannot do M.E in mechanical engineering because of your B.E in electrical engineering.So you do your M.E in electronics,according to me that was good thing to do.Because your B.E in electronics if your M.E also in electronics you will get clarity in your subject and you will gain more knowledge in one subject.So you will get more chances.
