After completion of B.Sc degree in Aeronautical or Marine Engineering, you can't do masters degree in CSE or ECE.

Those candidates who have completed B.SC degree in CS/ECE from a recognized University are eligible for masters degree in ECE/CSE.

Your age should be above 16 years.
