You can study MBA after your B tech
You have to clear the entrance for doing MBA
For doing MBA at IIMs ,you have to write the CAT Exam and you can get admission in other management colleges by writing MAT Exam .Its conducted by
All India Management Association (AIMA) for admission over India's top 160 B schools

yes you can do mba after btech. for that you will have to give cat exam. the exam contains questions of commerce of 12th class. so, it is better to take coaching for that

Definitely you can do MBA after B.Tech but why don't you go for M.Tech or MCA if you have done in cs?
No matter you can do and can write for CAT and MAT entrance exams.

It is preferable because after doing B.Tech+MBA the job opportunities are very high, & it is done by most of the B.Tech students.

Obviously you can opt for MBA after b.tech , its a better option for you.For doing MBA at IIMs ,you have to write the CAT Exam and you can get admission in other management colleges by writing MAT Exam and also XAT for getting through Xavier institutes.
