Re: Can I do MBA course in future being a student of arts without Maths?
There is no need to have Maths as a subject to pursue Master of Business Administration. Maths is necessary if the candidate is applying for the Master of Computer Applications. Therefore you are eligible for the MBA course.
You will have to complete graduation before applying for the MBA. Even arts graduates are also eligible for Master of Business Administration. There are various streams of MBA to choose from. Some example are: Finance Human Resources Retail Management Healthcare IT Banking Management There are entrance exams for admission in MBA. You will have to clear one of the following entrance exams for admission: CAT MAT XAT GMAT These are just 4 of the many entrance exams conducted for MBA admission. The most popular is Common Admission Test (CAT). Indian Institute of Management, the most reputed MBA institutes in the country offer admission through the Common Admission Test. This is the reason why most people prefer to appear for the Common Admission Test. You will need to score at least 50 percent marks in graduation to appear for this entrance exam. If belong to SC and ST then 45 percent marks are required. The other good option is MAT which stands for Management Aptitude Test. This is good option for candidates who have scored low percentage in graduation. Since there is no percentage criteria to appear for MAT, any graduation degree holder is eligible to appear for it. |
