Taj from Bangalore, an IT Graduate (Open University) working in a Small firm.

can i Dream to became an IPS,without any govt/ police work experience.

if yes, then what docs should i have to organize to start my career...

Graduation from a recognized University is the qualification required for IPS. No prior experience is required to apply. You need to qualify prelims exam, mains exam, Physical efficiency test, and interview conducted for selection. Your age must be between 21 and 30 years. Applications can be submitted online through the website of UPSC.
