Yes, you are eligible to get admission in class 12th after passing class 11th exam.
Make sure that the board of that school in which you want to get admission is same that is CBSE only.

You can try to get admission in an open schooling board. There will be no need to attend regular classes in this type of schools. You will get admission easily.
You will require following documents-
Transfer certificate.
Mark sheet of class 11th.
