Can I get admission in AICTE university after completing diploma in mechanical engineering? Which are the good universities?

sir, i have completed diploma in mechanical engineering from tilak maharashtra university which is approved by UGC. now i am thinking to take admission for B.E. can i get admission in AICTE universities?
Please suggest me some good universities to make my career bright.
