Can I get admission on the basis of B.Tech in Punjab University after scoring 11581?

sir,my state rank in aieee is 11581.if ican get admission on the basis of this in b.tech in punjab university chandigarh.can i also get admissions on 12th merit basis in punjab university chandigarh.
