As far as your marks and percentage is concerned you are certainly eligible to apply for admission in Bachelor Degree program in most of the colleges in Delhi, for most of the courses.

You haven't mentioned the name of the degree course you want to apply for?
You haven't even mentioned the stream/specialization you had in 10+2?

Hence, it becomes a little difficult to provide you the precise answer for your queries on mere assumption.

However, i would like to inform you that there are certain Bachelor degree courses like- Engineering, Medical, Management etc., for which you need to qualify the respective entrance examination. Mere qualifying your 10+2 does not make you eligible to apply directly for the admission.
