I had completed BCA from PTU in last year(dec 2010) with 67% and now I want to enroll in MCA in IPU,But the problem is this I dont have maths in 12th.Are I am eligible for MCA...thanks for your giving your time.

I think it wil be better if you can go for MBA,Because without mathematices MCA is not more valueable,After bca MBA would be suitable for you...

Eligibility Condition for MCA fron IPU: Graduation with minimum of 50% and mathematics as one of the subjects or BCA with minimum of 50% aggregate marks in all 3 years collectively.

yes if you have done BCA then you also can do MCA but math is essential for MCA.

you need to pass maths as one of the subject in your BCA for admission in MCA .
and for admission in BCA You need to pass in maths at +2 level.

Sorry Maths is compulsory subject for MCA course..
IP university is the highly Reputed university without Maths you do not get admission in IP university
Eligibility-
All Maths students are eligible for applying for MCA course..
Means that all students which have Maths in there intermediate are eligible For apply for MCA..

OR
Students have maths in their BCA course or other graduation are eligible for apply for MCA...

> Passed with minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in any Bachelors degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities .

yes you can get admission in MCA from IP university if you don't have Maths in +2 exams but you should have done BCA from good university.
And IP university is one of the best

you can have your 12 with maths by simply give the exam from NIOS for mathmatics. You can give exam on demand any time. for more info. visit NIOS website. And all university approves NIOS board

sir iam doing bca from ip university i have maths in 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th sem. for the comletion of degree we can quit 2 subjects. here i quit math of 3rd and 4th sem..means i drop 2 math subject. plz tell me is iam eligible for mca entrance of i.p
