if my rank in aieee is 48000 will i get admission in thapar university

If you are a GENERAL catogory student then it would not be possible to get admision
in Thapar University at an AIR of 48000 in AIEEE.

There is some reservation policy in Thapar University.
Scheduled Castes: 15%
Scheduled Tribe: 7.5%
Physically handicapped persons: 3%
Few seats are reserved under Punjab Govt., Govt. of India, J&K Migrants,
Foreign national/NRI category and Children of Thapar Employees.

If you are eligible for any of the above reservation policy, then you could
have some chances of getting admission in the univeristy.

Hey, till about 52000 rank, you have chances of getting admission.
If you're from the Punjab quota, then you have chances of admission even if your rank is near 1Lakh because TU likes to admit students with no brains.

hey,you can get admission in Thapar university with rank a rank about 48000. but there is no assurance of getting good branches or branches of your desire .but still you can apply for counselling to Thapar university. if you belong to general category then there is some hope..but if you are belong to sc,st,obc, punjab state peoples then you can hope for some good branches .

I am sorry to say that you get very low rank in Engineering entrance exam that is 48,000.
You not get admission in top college.
You can take admission in low raking college in you state.

For admission in top college you have to re-appear in the engineering.
After qualify this exam with high rank you can join top college in India.
