Your question lack adequate details regarding your entrance exam and your academic details. You haven't mentioned the name of the entrance exam you scored 120. Neither have you mentioned your 10+2 aggregate marks. Both are important to determine in which medical college you can get admission.

Most of the seats in medical colleges have already been filled. However there are certain colleges where they are still taking admission but with huge capitation money. You will be eligible to apply for admission on the basis of rank but remember your, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) aggregates marks should be 65% or more.
