Can i get entrance in IIT after completing diploma from plastic technology? I m student of 6sem of plastic technology having aggregate 78% from Institute of Engg. and Rural Technology( IERT), Allahabad.

I am intested for diploma in plastic technology after 10th class. Please suggest difference cipet and diploma plastic technology. Presently i am plastic technology.
