i am partially hearing handicapped person, i got handicapped certificate with 53.75% having left ear 60db and right ear 65db hearing loss certified Govt.E.N.T hospital hyderabad. i applied appsc examination having qualified marks in written exam but the appsc is not given the job under HH category to me it is repeated three times what can i do!

On thing I want to say, a physically challenged person require a secure job for lead their life.
They can not traveled more where for any kind of completive job.
So they need sympathy for direct appoint in Govt. service sector according to their qualification.
