I want to take commerce after 10th.Can I get job in 3-4 years.

If you want to take commerce after 10th then in two years, you will complete your 10+2 from any recognized board of education. After 10+2 in commerce stream, a candidate can apply for following entrance exams for government jobs like:

>NDA/NA entrance exam for joining Indian Army as commerce stream candidates are only eligible for Army.

>>Staff Selection Commission Combined Higher Secondary level examination.

>>Intelligence Bureau Security Assistant examination.

You can get government job through these exams. Other than these exams, you will be eligible for other exams only after graduation in commerce which will take three more years after this.
