i have done B.Sc.(comp sci)in 2010 with 1 yd and 49% can i get job now? which course i have to do to get job?

You need to look for some PG level courses or any short term courses to find a job. PG courses like B.E/B.Tech in CSE/IT will be suitable for you. Networking courses like CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CCSP, etc will be good for your career. Courses in software testing, web design, etc can be selected for studies if interested. Try to pursue these courses from any of the institutes that offer placement assistance.

To get the job posts in the Government sectors you have to write the entrance exam under the given departments like:

UPSc department:
UPSc department conducted the exam for the many posts in the government sectors like:

IAS exam
IPS exam
Civil service exam for the technical job post in the Railways departments
CDS exam for the job posts in the Indian airforce
Indian army job post
Indian navy exam

Bank exam:
For the job posts in the bank sector you have to write the entrance exam under the IBPS institute which conduct the IBPS exam on the basis of the score in these exam you can apply for the bank post in the 19 public participated banks..
or other entrance exam which has been conducted by the own departments also..
