Today the company looks for the talent, if you have the talent, skills and potential, the job is all yours.
all you have to do is to build up the self confidence in you and get rid of the interview part.
Although, your marks portion may discourage the recruiter but show your talent in the interview and you have the job.

Your CGPA is good. At the same time, it is the brand value of your college which also plays a role. Which college did you graduate from ? Is it well known among the top companies requiring electrical engineering ? If so, your appointment is confirm. ANS:Yes friend you can get good job but if you have mentioned which type of job then i would i have helped you yo 100%.

But according to your percentage you will be eligible for all most all the posts but along with the percentage you also need to have the required skills for which you are applying for.

For example if you are applying for any software job/ or core sector job then you need to have grip over the languages like C,c++,Java etc. for software job and If you have applied for core jobs then you need to some grip on your core subjects which satisfies the interviewer.

Am I eligeble for good company to get a job with 73.8% in 10th and 66.4% in 12 and 69% in b.tech .

Don't worry friend,10th is base of us.intermediate is steps of our goal.you have good communication skills..If you don't have intrest on studies Try in other ways.Like 10th base inter base jobs,if you are an engineering student take coachings which are based on your study.life is precious.your life in your hand.If you work hard you get a good job.
