Job profile: The main role of the process associate would to handle inbound calls from the company’s clients and taking their follow up as well. The process associate would also be required to do administrative work of the company such as processing forms, solving third party problem, processing and reviewing event-driven transactions.

Qualifications: The candidate should possess a Graduate or a Post Graduate Degree in any stream. Candidate with B.Tech and B.E. should not apply. The candidate should have excellent verbal & written English skills and good knowledge of Operating System is a must. The candidate should have good typing speed of over 25 wpm.

Experience: 1 to 2 years with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an International Call center / BPO experience is a must.
