Hello dere..my name is aakash ..iam a be student,4th year..i hv 11 backlogs til now..if i clear most of my backlogs in da final year...then pls tel me one thing....can i get a good job in good mnc companies?
and how can i start applying for a job

Will you really be able to clear all your backlogs in your final year.! Though possibility is little,but wish you clear those as early as possible.

Well, if you have the real enthusiasm to recover your weak points in your graduation you can definitely do so.

For that you have to search for such companies that allow candidates with outstanding arrears or backlogs. There are many companies which allow students with backlogs.

Apply in those companies and am sure that you can crack the interviews. But you should have a standard level of knowledge about your subjects i.e basics of your course.

Clearing all the 11 backlogs and also clearing the current semester papers seem difficult but not impossible. You need to be well focussed for the same. For getting into an MNC initially seems to be difficult. It will be good if you initially try to join the firm which is offering you a profile of your choice. After gaining experience you could probably try for a job in MNC's.

as i am working in local bpo for less salary and i am having my 4 backlogs in my b.tech and want to grow in bpo field . do i have any options to grow in this field and enter into a good company i.e like international process just assist me pls

I have 14 arrears but i work in wipro, with 20 thousand salary a month, arrear doesn't matter mind them, if you could crack their interview, then you could get the job, they expect you to clear aptitude, domain questions, group discussion and personal interview, that's all.

I have completed M.Sc Bioinformatics in 2017, Currently working in totally different field, i want to pursue career in I.T Sector, how do i start now
