Can I get a job in Research Sector after completing B.Sc Medical Science or do I have to pursue Masters in the field?

Hello Sir, I am a graduated student with B.Sc Medical Sciences (Chemistry, Botany and Zoology). I am looking for a job in Research sector.
Now I want to know that is there any job in the above mentioned field? Do I have to pursue Masters in the same field to get a good job? Please tell me about other courses that I can pursue to get a good job?

After completing your B.sc you can get job in the research institution.

And after completing your M.sc you can get job in the R&D institutes.

You can get job in the R&D sector like.
