Can I get a seat in one of the top five government engineering colleges in UP?
i have secured 4277(UPGE) rank in upsee 2012 can i get seat in one of the top five govt eng. college in u.p.

sir i have got 26328 rank in gen,7825 in obc,3831 in up girls and 796 in bcgl......cab i get hbti kanpur or biet jhansi...if not please suggest me the best college
