Hi
Yes you can apply for Medical enterance as the basic eligibility of the exam is that you should have done +2 from cbse or any other equivalent board.

Now it doesn't really matter if you are a private candidate but you should have your +2 certificate as described above

and don't worry it will not affect your future in any way
