Can I give exam of NDA after I passed tenth I like to be selected for AIR FORCE or NAVY ? And how much % would be required ?

National Defence Academy :
Minimum Qualification required for NDA is 12th.
NDA(National Defence Academy)is conducted two times every year i.e
NDA-I and NDA-II.This exam is conducted by the UPSC(Union Public Service Commission).

NDA has three wings:
Indian army,
Indian airforce,
Indian navy.

Educational Qualifications :
(i) For Army wing of National Defence Academy :- 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.

(ii) For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy :- 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equilvalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
Candidates who are appearing in the 12th Class under the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination can also apply for this examination.

Age criteria:
Age limits is 16 1/2 years to 19 years.
There is no relaxation for OBC and SC/ST candidates.

No you can't give NDA exam after completing 10th
>>You must complete 12th PCM or BiPC
>>The age limit for NDA exam is 16 1/2 - 19 years

>> Sorry to say but you are not eligible to sit for the NDA Exam as you need to complete 10+2 of a recognized board first and then only you will be allowed to sit for this exam. That is the minimum qualification required.

•) NDA stands for National Defense Academy. NDSE exam is given by those candidates who wants to join Army, Navy and Air force wings of NDA. You can give the exam twice a year:- in April and in September. You need to be in the academy for three years.

> After completion of three years you will get a bachelor's degree in science, arts or computer science. f you choose to join the Air Force Academy then you need to give the pilot aptitude battery test as well.

> If you are an Army cadet then after three years of training in NDA you will be sent at IMA for one year. If you are a Naval cadet then after three years in NDA you will be sent to the Naval Academy and the Air Force Cadets are sent to AFA Hyderabad after completing three years in NDA.

♦>> Eligibility Criteria :-

• You need to be an unmarried male candidate of India.

• Unfortunately girls are not allowed to give this examination.

• To join the army wing you need to be higher secondary passed or its equivalent.

• To join the air force or naval wing then you need to have physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects at 10+2 level.

• If you are about to appear for the board exam or awaiting the result then also you can sit for this exam.

• You need to be physically and mentally fit according to the standards set by the NDA and NA.

• Minimum Age Limit:- 16.5 years.

• Maximum Age Limit:- 19 years.

♦>> Examination Pattern :-

The entrance exam of NDA comprises of two stages mainly: Written Exam followed by and Intelligence and Personality Test. The written exam consists of two papers as given below:-

• Mathematics: 300 marks (2.5 hours)
• General Ability Test: 600 marks (2.5 hours)

Total Marks:- 900 marks

UPSC NDA(National Defence Academy) exam is conducted twice a year.Only candidates who have completed their Intermediate/+2 course are only eligible to apply for NDA Exam.Through this exam you can take entry in Indian Air-Force,Indian Navy,Indian Army.There is certain eligibility conditions that a candidates must fulfill to apply for UPSC NDA Exam and these are :-

~Candidates must be a Citizen of India.
~Candidates should be Unmarried and its Gender should be Male.
~Candidates age should be between 16.5 years to 19 years.
~Candidates should have passed 10+2 exam conducted by various state/central board of India.
~Candidates should have passed 10+2 examination with Physics,Mathematics and English as a Compulsory subjects.

Only Boys candidates will be eligible to apply for UPSC NDA Exam and there is no Marks required to apply for UPSC NDA Exam

How To Apply :-

Candidates who are Interested to apply for UPSC NDA exam will have to visit www.upsc.gov.in and check for "NDA Exam Notification" under Examination section of this website.candidates will have to fill Online Exam form.Exam fee for general and OBC candidates will be Rs 100 and for SC and ST candidates will be Rs 50.

There will be two Paper and will taken seperately.Paper I will be of 300 Marks and will include questions from Mathematics.paper II will be of 600 Marks will include questions of General Ability Test.

Questions in Paper I(Mthematics) will be covered from :-

1. Aritmetic Calculations.
2. Geometry.
3. Differentiation and Integration.
4. Graphs.
5. Statistics.
6. Vectors.

Questions in Paper II(General Ability Test) will be covered from :-

1. Chemistry.
2. Physics.
3. Current Events.
4. General Science.
5. Geography.
6. History.

No, you cannot give NDA exam after passing 10th. For NDA you should be 12th passed.

NDA stands for National Defence Academy and this exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission.

As you wish to join Air Force and Navy, you can apply for NDA exam once you complete intermediate.

You should be an Indian National.

You should have passed intermediate with Physics and Mathematics, from a recognised board.

Your age should be between 16.5 years to 19 years. Moreover, you should be physically fit.

The exam is conducted in three stages -- A written Test, then SSB Interview and Physical fitness test.

Eligibility criteria for NDA Examination :-

Candidate must have completed 10+2 exam of a recognized School or Board and studying in the final year of 12th examination may also eligible to apply for Army wings.

For apply Navy / Air force wings:-

Candidate must have completed 10+2 with PCM subjects from a recognized board.

There is no minimum marks required for NDA Examination .

Age should be between 16.5 years to 19 years.

There is No age relaxation for reserved categories in this exam.

Only unmarried Male candidate are eligible to apply this exam.
