Yes of course , you are eligible to apply for NDA examination after passing Commerce Stream .

NDA Stands for National Defence Academy examination and this examination is conducted twice in a year by Union Public Service Commission as namely NDA I and NDA II . NDA II notification was already released and the exam details was available in the official website of UPSC .

Stage of this examination :- Written exam , SSB Interview , Physical Test .

Eligibility Criteria for NDA Exam :-

Nationality :- Aspirant must be citizen of India .

Marital Status :- Aspirant must be Unmarried male candidates .

Education Qualification :-

Army wings :- Aspirant should have a completed 12th examination from a recognized School and there is no specific subject . Any stream subject like Science , Commerce , Art ... aspirant may also eligible to apply for Army wings . There is no restriction but the course is equivalent to 12th examination .

Navy wings :- Aspirant should have a completed 12th from a recognized School and have a physics and Mathematics as compulsory subject .

Air force Academy :- Aspirant should have a completed 12th from a recognized School and have a physics and Mathematics as compulsory subject .

Final year candidates of 12h exam can apply for this examination and there is no percentage bar required for this examination .

• Date of Notification :- 05.05.12
• Last date for receipt of application :- 04.06.12
• Date of examination :- 19.08.12

## NDA examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission two times every year to recruit the candidates in NAVY,ARMY and AIRFORCE WINGS of National Defence Academy
## The minimum educational qualification required to apply for AIRFORCE,NAVY WINGS is 12th pass under 10+2 pattern with mathematics,physics subjects & for ARMY WING is 12th pass in 10+2 pattern (or) equivalent examination conducted by a State education board
## Age limit to apply for NDA examination is 16.5-19 years & Unmarried male candidates only are eligible to apply

- Army wings

- Navy wings

- Air force Wings

Eligibility criteria for NDA Examination :-

Candidate should be an Indian citizen.

Candidate must have completed 10+2 exam of a recognized School or Board and studying in the final year of 12th examination may also eligible to apply for Army wings.

For Navy / Air force wings:-

Candidate must have completed 10+2 with PCM subjects from a recognized board.

There is no minimum marks required for NDA Examination .

Age limit:-

Age should be between 16.5 years to 19 years.

There is No age relaxation for reserved categories in this exam.

Only unmarried Male candidate are eligible to apply this exam.


Height for NDA Exam:-

- Army Wings - 157.5 cms

- Air Force - 162.5 cms

- Naval Academy - 157 cms
