my self ujwal .kharat i just want to ask one quesion that can i give UPSC exam after hsc

no my friend. you need to finish a degree to write those exams.

i had diploma holder can i give the exam of upsc.

Why I can not give UPSC after HSC

yes you can apply for UPSC exam,
like SCRA, etc you can see on the website.

Yes there are certain UPSC exams which can be attended after the 12th class. You cannot complete the graduation within 1 year. It takes a minimum 3 years to complete the graduation in any discipline. You can attend the NDA exam after 12th class to enter the defense field. You need to complete your 12th class with PCM as your main subjects. You can also attend the SCRA exam for railways. You need to be between 17-21 years to attend that. There are many exams which you can attend only after clearing graduation. So if possible complete the same.
