The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is conducts the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination.

=> No, after passing 10th Standard you can not apply for UPSC exam.

=> My suggestion to you is that yo can first complete your 12th class after that you can apply for UPSC examination.

=> The Candidates born between 2 January 1995 and 1 July 1998 (both days inclusive) are eligible to apply.

No, there is no way to give exam after passing 10th. But you can give upsc exams after 11th class i.e. in 12th class for NDA(National Defence Academy).

After passing your 10th you can only apply for NDA (National Defense Academy) exam. Which is taken by UPSC twice every year.
Rest for Mostly UPSC exam candidate must have a qualification of 12th class or Graduation.
For NDA exam you should have following eligibility:
Your age must be lie between 16.5 to 19.5 years age group.
You should be Indian Citizen.
Only Unmarried candidates are eligible.
