Can I join in b.e 3rd year after completing diploma

No, you are not eligible to join B.E ( Bachelor in Engineering) course in 3rd year.

B.E is a four year course after 10+2 degree. But as you have diploma degree (10+3) you will get a year relaxation and so you are eligible to get admission in 2nd year through lateral entry.

So, you need to qualify in entrance examination conducted by state government or private university for admission.
