yes, you can take admission and complete your further education ,
but why you want to leave the Karnataka college,
i don't think its a good decision because the years which you spend in Karnataka college

dear friend,
i am sorry to say that to do aerospace engineering from IISER-T is not possible.
because IISER mainly provide you BS-MS dual degree+ ph.d(if you wants to persue). it does not provide any path for engineering. here you will study mainly basic science, as a core subject.

but, IISC(Indian Institute of Science.) provide you a way to do engineering.

thanks.
