can i take correspondence course in IIT using my gate results? will i be able to avail all scholarships as other full time students get?

Yes,IIT offer scholarship schemes on the course fees for the deserving candidates. The scholarship offered based on various criteria, e.g. your scores in X/ XII board exams etc. Given below are the various scholarship schemes offered on the correspondence programs for the IIT-JEE 2011 & 2012.

2. For XII std completed students
3. For NTSE Scholars
4. For IIT JEE 2010 Qualified

As far as i know there is no such correspondence course available using GATE results. If you have a good score in GATE then better go for full time course. This chance never comes again.. ALL THE BEST.

no u Can not join correspondence course in IIT through my GATE score,if u want to get admisssion in iit then better to work hard and get good percentile,then all type of facility shoud avail to u.

hi.is there any option that i can do correspondance course on physics in iit .i m a 2009 passed out with a very low score.
