dear sir,
i am presently practising as taxation advocate since last 10 years,can i join the department in the capacity of taxation advisor or in the capacity of any other legal post?

In order to join the tax department, there are certain eligibility criteria that you must fulfill. Only work experience is not the mere consideration.

Also, the vacancies are advertised by the department on a periodic basis. You can not join as any advisor. Proper interviews and written examinations are conducted and the selection is done on the basis of merit.
You must be in touch with the respective website or refer to national dailies or newspapers to keep yourself updated about various job vacancies.
