Can I join medical after scoring 185.5 cutoff and if I am a physically disabled with 40%?

Sir,i just completed my 12th,i want to join medical,iam having 185.5 cut off and also iam physicaly disabled of 40%,can i joined medical?

As you are physically reserved though you got 185.5 marks you can get in to Government College.

i got 55 marks in kerala engineering with a disability of 50% will i get admisssion in any college?
