Are there any allowances for physically disabled?


Sir,
I am almost done with my BTech and waiting to join an IT sector. I would like to know the allowances if any in this sector for the physically handicapped. Also please let me know of the percentage of disability that would be required to apply for the allowances.

No,There is no allowance to provide you as being a physically challenged.But you can apply for the scholarship on the basis of your disability after furnishing the necessary details regarding it.

dear friend,

no in any private IT sector you are not getting any allowances .
you are also treat like a normal man.
if you work in govt sector then they give you the allowances surely.

i have 30% visual disability certificate can i apply as PD in aieee

As per the 6th pay commission let me know the revised rate of physically challanged allowance (previously it was fixed Rs.400/- maximum)
