Degree to become a teacher for physically disabled persons in Kerala?
I would like to serve the Physically challenged Persons....From where can i get a degree/diploma for teaching( means to give care and hope) those physically disabled persons, in kerala ?

If a person is having the qualification CA but he is totally depended due to handicapped by legs, how he will get an govt. job
