Branch Offices of the Institute and can be obtained there from on cash payment on or

Common Proficiency Test 2011 application forms duly filled in may be sent so as to reach
the Additional Secretary (Examinations) at New Delhi not later than 25th April, 2011.

there is no provision for acceptance of application forms after 25th April, 2011 with late fee.

hrs) to 25th April, 2011 (17:30hrs) and pay fee online by using credit card, either
