You can not study B.Com along with CA course in any college in Chennai or University.

No any university in india offers any course while candidate already pursuing different course & its illegal to study more than one academic course same time.

Because school leaving certificate is the important document require while taking admission in any institute & your current institute where you studying CA will never givd you school leaving certificate until you complete the course. Hence, you can't appear for B.Com without this document. That's why you can't study B.Com while pursuing CA.
