I am the student of Science, of class 12th. Can I do LLM before LLB after passing class 12th? If yes, what will be the way? Please reply as soon as possible.

How can you get admission in Master's degree before completion of bachelor's degree. You can not get direct admission in LLM after 10+2.

Either first you need to do Bachelor's degree in law then master's degree or get enrolled in integrated course of LLB and LLM.

You can apply for Common Law Admission Test for bachelor's degree in law. The online application has started from 1st January, 2016.

No, it is not possible to do LLM after completion of 12th std. Minimum qualification can be considered as degree course in Law. So, complete your degree course in Law. After that, you can eligible to apply for this examination.

It is not possible to pursue LLM before LLB course. LLM stands for Master in Law where as LLB means Bachelor in Law and no one can pursue master degree before bachelor degree.

So, you have to first pursue bachelor degree after 10+2 which will be of five year and then only you become eligible to pursue master degree in Law.

LLM is the master degree in legal education having one or two year duration.You can apply for LLM course if you have done bachelor degree in related stream.

After completion of 12th you can apply only for LLB course which is 5 years integrated programme.

Entrance exam requires:- To get admission in law ,you have to appear in CLAT (Common Law Admission Test).

After completion of 12th standard, you are not eligible for LLM course.

Those candidates who have completed LLB course from a recognized university are eligible for LLM course.

So you can do LLB course after 12th standard through CLAT exam.

No.You can not get admission in LLM after completion of 12th.For LLM , You must hold LLB.
You also need to qualify the CLAT entrance exam for LLM.

No, you can not do LLM right after 12th. You need to do BA-LLB or B. Com- LLB or BBA-LLB first because the Eligibility Criteria for LLM is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in LL.B, subject to valid score in entrance exam followed by an interview. CLAT, AILET, LSAT, NEST are the exams through you can take admission. Generally, universities offering LL.M. course conduct an Entrance Test for admission to the program. The application forms for this course are available in the month of April-May every year.
