LLM course in Distance Education in India is not possible. So if you want to do LLM course in regular mode then it is possible.

You have completed M.Com course so you are not eligible for LLM course.

Those candidates who have completed LLB course from a recognized university are eligible for LLM course.

Your minimum age should be 20 years.
