Re: Can I study MSc regular mode and B.Ed distance mode together
You should not study M.Sc and Bachelor of Education together. What I can assume from your question is that you want to become teacher. This is perhaps why you want to do Bachelor of Education course. There is no other reason to do that.
If teaching field is your interest then why waste time doing Bachelor of Education. You can directly apply for college lectureship after completing Master of Science or any other post graduation course. Therefore to me, there is no need to do M.Sc and B.Ed togather. Besides most colleges offer B.Ed through correspondence only to candidates who have some previous teaching experience. If you don't then taking admission through distance mode for B.Ed would be extremely difficult. Anyway I don't think doing both courses is the right path for you. Please check the criteria below for National Eligibility Test (NET), the exam conducted by the University Grants Commission on behalf of central government for college lectureship and PhD. Eligibility 1. You should be Indian citizen. 2. Post graduation degree in any stream. 3. Minimum of 55 percent marks in post graduation. 4. SC and ST need 50 percent marks. 5. Final year students of PG course are also eligible to appear. 6. However to avoid disqualification, such students must submit the degree in 2 years. 7. NET subject should be relevant to your PG degree. Age Limit 1. The age limit is 28 years for Junior Research Fellowship. 2. There is 3 years relaxation for OBC. 3. SC and ST are eligible for 5 years relaxation. 4. There is no upper age limit for college lectureship. |

Re: Can I study MSc regular mode and B.Ed distance mode together
Hello
You should not study M.Sc and B.Ed together in same year as because one is bachelor degree and another is Masters degree then how could you do both in same time period. If you want to study B.Ed through distance courses then here is given some of the top universities from where you do your B.Ed. They are as follows:- Karnataka state open university, Karnataka Kota open university, Rajasthan Andhra university school of Distance Education Indira Gandhi National open university, New Delhi Thanks |

Re: Can I study MSc regular mode and B.Ed distance mode together
Hello
I think that you should not do both the things together at a time. If you want to become a teacher then you should directly apply for lectureship in any collage after completing Master in science. Why to waste time in doing Bachelor degree. Here is a listed below eligibility criteria which the UGC University Grants Commission conducts exam on behalf of government collages :- You should be Indian citizen. Post graduation degree in any stream. Minimum of 55 percent marks in post graduation. SC and ST need 50 percent marks. Final year students of PG course are also eligible to appear. However to avoid disqualification, such students must submit the degree in 2 years. I hope you got it. |
