Hi friend,
VTU is a university and certain colleges are affiliated to it. Those colleges may or may not be autonomus. It means even autonomus colleges are affiliated to VTU. Autonomus colleges have their own syllabus. It would be better to choose autonomus. And regarding course you can take any one especially, Electronics&Communication Electrical Mechanical Computer Science Civil the above mentioned are better choices. Thank you
