You cannot the college in West Bengal from government polytechnic college to government colleges.

If you want to change you need to visit the college and apply for direct admission for getting admission. If they accept mid term admissions then you can apply for admission in the new college. If they do not accept the admission then you need to take transfer certificate and apply for admission through entrance test or direct admission.
