can i write mat exam twice in the same year.. like, i want to know if i can write mat exam more than once in a year.. like say, writing mat exam twice in the year 2012..??

MAT - Management Aptitude Test

MAT is an exam for the MBA aspirants which is organized by the AIMA 4 times every year.

This exam is conducted in the months of FEBRUARY, MAY, SEPTEMBER & DECEMBER.

You can apply any no. of times you want in this exam. No restriction is put up as such by the authorities.

So you can apply all 4 times in one year. However you must be a minimum graduate or final year appearing student to apply for this particular exam.

MAT (Management Aptitude Test) exam is a national level examination ,conducted by the All India Management Association(AIMA) for the admission to the MBA course.

Eligibility:-
1:you should have Graduation degree in any discipline from any recognized university.

2:Final year students of Graduation can also apply.

There are two ways of giving test:
1:Paper Based and

2:Computer Based
Exam Papers:

Paper 1: Language Comprehension

Paper 2 : Mathematical Skills

Paper 3: Data Analysis and Sufficiency

Paper 4 : Intelligence and Critical Reasoning

Paper 5 : Indian and Global Environment

Time:- 150 Minutes

Mark:1 mark for each right answer,total 200 marks for 200 questions.

Negative mark:not specified

MAT : Management Aptitude Test and this examination is Conducted by AIMA, 4 Times in a year. The examination is Conducted in February, May, September and December.

To apply for MAT Examination, You have to complete your Graduate degree course in any discipline form a recognised University, Final year Appearing Graduate candidates are also Eligible to apply for MAT Entrance Examination.

So, You can apply for MAT Examination many Times. There is No Restriction to apply for MAT Examination in Number of Attempts and There is No Age Restriction to apply for MAT.

So, You can apply for MAT Examination 4 Times in a year.

Eligible candidates can choose any one of the two options to take the test:

>> Paper Based Test OR
>> Computer Based Test.

The MAT Examination score card is valid only for 1 Year.

MAT Examination is an objective type test with multiple-choice answers.

The Question in the examination is asked form Language Comprehension, Mathematical Skills, Data Analysis and Sufficiency, Intelligence and Critical Reasoning and form Indian and Global Environment, So please prepare all these sections Properly to get success in MAT Examination.

*Last date to apply online form for MAT-December 2011:15 November 2011.
>Paper based exam-4 December 2011.
>Online exam-10 December 2011.
MAT-Feb.2012 Exam will be commence on-5 February 2012.
*Exam consists of following sections-
-Vocubulary.
-Data sufficiency.
-Data interpretation.
-Quantitative Aptitude.

Hi,

You can appear for MAT exam 4 times a year. MAT exam is being conducted by AIMA for the MBA admissions in AIMA registered colleges.MAT exam releases a brochure in which it provides a list of participating colleges. The thing you have to consider whether the colleges you are interested in are included in that list or not. I think December MAT will have Better number of partcipating Colleges than the other MAT exams which were conducted in the same year.So better make your own list of colleges you want to apply and search for them in the given list. While applying for MAT, you will have the provision to select 5 colleges according to your priority. AIMA will send the score cards to the respective colleges to shortlist based on your score in MAT. You can also add more than 5 colleges by paying additional amount. MAT is quite easier than CAT but it purely tests your speed of solving problems. It has a additional section on general studies and rest can be covered same as the CAT exam. The score card is valid for 1 year.The admit cards can be downloaded through official website of AIMA i.e., http://www.aima-ind.org

MAT- MANAGEMENT APTITUDE TEST is conducted by AIME four times a year February, May, September and December.

One should be graduate from any discipline to apply for MAT.

There is no limit to attempt for MAT exam and age of a candidate.

Yes, You can applicale for all times.In a year total 4th time conduct MAT exam.You are applicable for all exams.

The minimum qualification for appearing in MAT 2012 is graduation in any discipline from any recognized University .

Final year student in any undergraduate (i.e. B.A, B.Sc., B.Com., B.Tech., etc.)can also apply.
