Can a physically handicap person apply for....GPSC.............?

GPSC : Gujarat Public service Commission

There is reservation for Physical Disabled candidates in all state Civil Services and
Indian Civil Services.

It depends on the type of disability that which services you (a PD candidate)
will be applicable for.
Generally Police services are not allotted to PD candidates.
But, PD candidates can surely apply for administrative jobs.

Therefore, you are eligible to apply for GPSC.

yes, PH candidate student apply GPSC exam.
for this exam application fee for general candidate is 50/-
but PH candidate will exempted from this money.
and all reservation facility according to law.
