Since the minimum qualification to pursue company secretary course is +2, students who have passed this level of examination, from any stream, are eligible to register for the Foundation Program of the course.
Those who have not qualified +2 level of examination are not considered eligible to register for the course.

Now, after completion of the Foundation Program, students moves on to the Executive Program which is followed by Professional Program:the final theoretical stage of the Company Secretary course.

The course apart from these theoretical program, also comprise of 15 months of Management Training which must be completed in order to qualify as an Company Secretary.

Yes, you can apply for CS course after 12th class. After 12th class, you can attend the foundation program for CS course. Only after successfully completing the foundation level of CS course, one can enter in to the next level. Executive Program is the second level of CS course. If you are a graduate, you can directly apply for Executive program. In such cases, you will be exempted from Foundation program. After completing the Executive level, one can directly apply for the Professional program of CS course.
